Recently Disney Parks had announced that some new lands were going to be coming to their US parks.
The first themed land I wanted to mention is their Toy Story Land that will be coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida. Attractions have been closed left and right at this park, so it's no surprise that they announced a new land will be coming there.

Toy Story Land will feature some fun new things for the family:
- A Family-Friendly roller coaster themed to Slinky Dog. The coaster is set to travel through the entire themed land.
- The little green aliens will be making an appearance as well with their own attraction. You will be on alien saucers and "The Claw" will loom over you.
Also announced at the recent D23 Expo in California was the news that Star Wars will be coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios Park in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California. Not much has been mentioned of the attractions that will be in the lands, but they did announce there will a new location you can experience on the Star Tours ride based off of the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens film.
Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disneyland later this year will be an all new interactive experience called the Star Wars Launch Bay. There will be photo opportunities, film props and behind the scenes goodies from the films.

Personally I can't wait to see the new additions. I've been waiting for something new and exciting to come to the Florida parks for years. New Fantasyland was nice, but I think with these new lands and experiences, the Disney Imagineers will be pulling out all the stops. What are you looking forward to with the new Park announcements made recently?
